Commercial Strategy and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead essential elements of the Commercial Strategy and Operations function as a strategic collaborator with Commercial leaders.

• Take ownership of operational reporting, OKR performance management, forecasting, and planning activities.

• Convert Commercial objectives into actionable projects, priorities, and operational plans.

• Oversee intricate cross-functional initiatives from the initial scoping phase through to successful implementation.

• Manage risks, dependencies, decisions, and communication effectively.

• Distill complex or ambiguous data into valuable insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations.

• Create executive- and Board-level presentations concerning performance, risks, opportunities, and suggested actions.

• Implement scalable enhancements to Commercial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks.

• Gain a thorough understanding of Virta’s Commercial strategy, teams, performance drivers, and cross-functional dependencies within the first 90 days.

• Build strong relationships with Commercial leaders and key organizational stakeholders.

• Take responsibility for Commercial reporting, planning, and OKR operational rhythms.

• Lead a significant initiative that enhances Commercial effectiveness or operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience at a top management consulting firm, investment bank, or internal strategy team.

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy formulation to implementation.

• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to structure ambiguous issues and convert data into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities, including the capacity to influence leaders and cross-functional collaborators.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, business intelligence tools, and Salesforce.

• Must adhere to Virta's security and privacy protocols for sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status to work legally in the United States.
