VMS Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Consistently oversee and respond to new booking requests.

• Claim jobs within the VMS and manage them throughout the entire process.

• Monitor the status of each request in the VMS, updating it when a worker accepts or withdraws.

• Handle bookings effectively by either filling positions or releasing jobs when a worker does not fulfill the role.

• Collaborate with the operations team to enhance and refine VMS operational processes.

• Become a subject matter expert and understand all processes comprehensively.

• Carry out daily processes with precision and efficiency.

• Ensure reliable execution of daily operations by consistently adhering to established procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to following set processes.

• Readiness to assist in developing new processes and a proactive attitude to facilitate swift action.

• Capability to rapidly learn new processes and become an authority in the subject matter.

• Background in an operational or administrative role that demands precise and timely task execution.

• Preferred management experience, as the role is expected to transition into a managerial position over time.
