Senior Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate sessions focused on future-state production planning, scheduling, shop floor execution, and fundamental quality processes.

• Demonstrate robust manufacturing best practices and illustrate how Kinetic aligns with them.

• Configure and validate MRP, scheduling, job management, labor reporting, and quality functionalities.

• Collaborate closely with product data, supply chain, and finance leaders to ensure comprehensive manufacturing flow.

• Assist with data migration, conduct conference room pilots, provide user training, and support go-live activities on the production floor.

• Contribute to the creation of an operations template for future site implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience implementing Epicor Kinetic or previous versions of Epicor ERP.

• Extensive knowledge in production planning, scheduling, MRP, and shop floor execution.

• Understanding of basic quality assurance processes within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in leading sessions with both plant leadership and line-level personnel.

• Familiarity with the Kinetic data model and its table structure.

• Excellent facilitation, leadership, and communication abilities.

• Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in metal fabrication or industrial products.
