Visiting Analyst – Investment Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with one of Planet A's Partners to identify outstanding founders.

• Discover promising founders, spinouts, and research teams through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, scientific publications, patents, university laboratories, and relevant communities.

• Create and implement sourcing playbooks utilizing AI and automation techniques.

• Evaluate incoming deal flow and highlight promising opportunities for the investment team.

• Keep precise CRM records of leads, interactions, and relationships.

• Partner with the Data / Engineering team to convert effective sourcing methods into scalable tools and systems.

• Possess strong analytical skills; able to derive clear insights from data, evidence, and fundamental principles.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools and agents while exploring innovative approaches.

• Cultivate an AI-driven, automation-centric work methodology.

• Have a builder's mentality; demonstrate ownership and the ability to work autonomously.

• Be ambitious and tenacious; actively pursue promising leads and ensure follow-up.

• Have a technical mindset.

• A background in engineering, computer science, or natural sciences is highly advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
