FP&A Analyst – ALE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic tasks to test AI agents’ capabilities in analyzing business performance and assisting with financial planning.

• Create unique tasks and reference models.

• Design assignments related to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow planning, unit economics, and scenario modeling.

• Construct reference solutions featuring transparent formulas, documented assumptions, and reconciled financial outputs.

• Evaluate agents that integrate financial and operational data.

• Identify key performance drivers and update forecasts accordingly.

• Establish criteria for model integrity, calculation accuracy, analytical depth, and the practicality of recommendations.

• Detect formula errors, inconsistent assumptions, double counting, and unsupported business conclusions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial planning.

• Strong financial modeling expertise.

• Familiarity with the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills.

• Preferred experience with planning platforms, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or financial modeling across various business units.
