Virtual Training Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the product aligns with dealer expectations.

• Verify that dealership configurations and network setups are thorough and sufficient for optimal product performance.

• Execute live data validation alongside dealership stakeholders.

• Develop dealership advocates to support successful implementation and onboarding.

• Establish implementation and onboarding teams for effective outcomes.

• Offer continuous training resources for both new and existing dealerships.

• Conduct product demonstrations with dealership stakeholders following data validation.

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to resolve any unmet expectations from dealerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in training large groups and individuals, either virtually or in person.

• Background in working with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and understanding software systems.

• Experience in a professional setting.

• Automotive industry experience is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with UpdatePromise products and user interface testing.

• Proficiency in providing Level 1 and Level 2 customer support.

• Capability to perform data validation and product demonstrations.

• Skill in creating support tickets and managing Service Desk queues.
