Virtual Training Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the product aligns with dealer expectations.

• Confirm that dealership configurations and network setups are complete and sufficient for optimal product performance.

• Perform live data validation in collaboration with dealership stakeholders.

• Develop dealership champions to facilitate successful implementation and onboarding.

• Establish successful implementation and onboarding teams.

• Provide ongoing training resources for both new and existing dealerships.

• Conduct product demonstrations with dealership stakeholders following data validation.

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to resolve any unmet product expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in training large groups and individuals, either virtually or in person.

• Background in working with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and understanding software systems.

• Experience in a professional work environment.

• Familiarity with data validation processes and conducting product demonstrations.

• Capability to provide Level 1 and Level 2 customer support, troubleshoot issues, create service tickets, and manage Service Desk queues.

• Knowledge of UpdatePromise products and UI testing.

• Experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
