This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions focused on student needs and aligned with IEP requirements.
• Perform thorough speech-language evaluations utilizing Parallel’s exclusive Clinical Test Library and automated Report Writer.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create, evaluate, and enhance Individualized Education Programs.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide dedicated case management for students with “Speech Only” needs as necessary.
• Methodically track session data and student development to provide valuable IEP consultations.
• Prepare comprehensive, goal-oriented progress reports for each reporting cycle.
• Offer specialized services tailored to state guidelines, including AAC support, Pre-K interventions, speech screenings, and SLPA supervision.
• Possession of a current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Valid SLP license in Wisconsin.
• At least 1 year of full-time experience in a school setting providing IEP-directed therapy and evaluations (post-CFY); 2+ years is preferred for roles involving case management.
• Proven knowledge of the IEP process, educational eligibility assessments, and comprehensive evaluation report writing.
• Familiarity with Medicaid billing systems is highly beneficial.
• Outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to establish rapport with students from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Proficient in using virtual telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.
• Availability during standard school hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm).
• Multilingual proficiency is regarded as a significant advantage.
