Entry Level Automotive Wheel Repair Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites to service vehicles.

• Detach tires and wheels from vehicles.

• Employ grinding and sanding tools to fix cosmetic wheel damage, such as curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels.

• Paint and refinish wheels to restore them to a like-new condition.

• Provide outstanding customer service and promote available services.

• Develop a customer base and manage accounts.

• Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

• Oversee the workday independently.

• Advance towards higher Technician levels or managerial positions.

• No prior experience necessary.

• Resilience and determination to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.

• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.

• Manual dexterity for tasks requiring repetitive motion.

• Strong work ethic, self-driven, and capable of working independently.

• Vision capabilities including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Physical endurance to kneel, bend, squat, climb, stand, and lift up to 75 pounds.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Experience in auto painting or training from a collision repair technical school is preferred but not mandatory.

• Capability to pass relevant post-offer, pre-employment screenings, which may include physical assessments, vision evaluations, background checks, and drug tests.
