
Virtual Sales Representative – Neurology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with assigned healthcare providers and their support teams.
• Relay information regarding the client's neurology/epilepsy product.
• Educate clients on pertinent patient educational resources and programs.
• Complete advanced training on products and gain a thorough understanding of disease states and product knowledge.
• Deliver essential selling messages for the promoted products.
• Meet or exceed expectations for calls and sales performance.
• Accurately generate requests for samples and literature.
• Follow up on and investigate product shipments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate database entries for targeted customer calls, product discussions, and literature requests.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to team leadership.
• Adhere to company policies, PDMA regulations, and compliance guidelines.
• Cultivate the designated virtual territory and remain accountable for measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the field specialty team to ensure product availability for patients.
• Perform work based on overall volume, metrics, and results.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Carry out other assigned duties as needed.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in an outbound Virtual Sales role.
• Experience in the Neurology field is a plus.
• Familiarity with REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Capacity to learn new software as required.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to express interest in the specific role effectively.
• Capability to articulate complex clinical information.
• Strong and convincing communication abilities.
• Confidence to engage in discussions with physicians and various medical office staff members.
• Reliable internet connection suitable for VoIP calls and virtual communication platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
