
Virtual Sales Representative – Neurology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Achieve and surpass designated sales targets for the EVERSANA client partnership within your territory.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and their support teams.
• Convey information regarding the client’s neurology and epilepsy product line.
• Educate clients on pertinent patient education materials and available programs.
• Complete advanced training on products and develop a thorough understanding of disease states and product offerings.
• Present core selling messages for promoted products effectively.
• Meet or exceed expectations for call volume and sales performance metrics.
• Accurately process sample and literature requests.
• Conduct follow-ups and inquiries on product shipments.
• Maintain accurate database records on targeted customer interactions, product discussions, and literature requests.
• Provide insights and recommendations to team leadership.
• Adhere to company policies, PDMA, compliance regulations, and guidelines.
• Manage a designated virtual territory and ensure accountability for measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the field specialty team to guarantee product availability for patients.
• Operate independently from a remote home office environment.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in an outbound Virtual Sales capacity.
• Background in Neurology is advantageous.
• Familiarity with REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Capability to learn new software applications as necessary.
• Experience with Veeva CRM is a bonus.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to express interest in this specific role clearly.
• Skill in articulating complex clinical information.
• Strong and persuasive communication skills.
• Confidence and aptitude to engage with physicians and medical office personnel.
• Reliable internet connection sufficient for VoIP calls and virtual platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
