Virtual PT, K-12 Schools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Foster creativity and enthusiasm in the online learning environment.

• Develop strategies to engage students and enhance their learning experiences and relationships.

• Assess gross motor skills, mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.

• Design and implement treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of students.

• Maintain documentation of sessions and track progress towards IEP objectives.

• Collaborate with school or district personnel to share updates on student progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active physical therapy license in the state.

• Completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) is mandatory.

• Experience with a reliable, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform; must have a strong technological setup (webcam, headset, stable internet connection, private workspace).

• Must be comfortable working collaboratively with classroom teachers, case managers, and families in a remote setting.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
