Physical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Evaluate patient requirements for physical therapy services

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in compliance with State of Michigan regulations and PT scope of practice

• Deliver high-quality care to outpatient rehabilitation clients

• Educate and support patients and their families, providing written instructions when necessary

• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team through effective communication and innovative input

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Valid Physical Therapy License in the State of Michigan

• Must be vaccinated or possess lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella

• Required to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season of the year of hire and annually thereafter, or obtain an approved medical or religious exemption
