Virtual Primary Care Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth consultations, including video appointments and message-based care.

• Oversee a diverse range of patient needs virtually, managing acute, chronic, and routine visits.

• Implement standard practices and clinical protocols to ensure evidence-based patient care.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and various continuous learning opportunities.

• Collaborate with team members and leadership through daily huddles.

• Provide collaborative supervision for 4–8 NP or PA colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed a recognized Internal or Family Medicine residency program.

• Practiced in a primary care or virtual primary care environment for at least 2 of the last 5 years.

• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine.

• Possess an active state license in California, New York, or Washington D.C.

• Hold a minimum of 15 state licenses.

• Willing to acquire and maintain additional licenses with assistance from the One Medical Credentialing Team.

• Strong commitment to human-centered primary care.

• Capable of communicating effectively with and providing care for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in utilizing technology to deliver high-quality care.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care practices.

• Open to feedback and self-reflection.

• Able to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues effectively.

• Prepared to adjust personal and interpersonal behaviors according to patient needs.

• Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in a growing clinical organization.
