Virtual Nurse Practitioner – WA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients through telehealth visits, which include telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.

• Engage in ongoing education and training through weekly Clinical Rounds and various other formats.

• Work closely with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Collaborate with patients’ primary care providers to ensure comprehensive virtual clinical care.

• Deliver round-the-clock virtual medical services, 365 days a year, using a team-based approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have completed an accredited FNP program and possess a national certification.

• Within the last 5 years, have at least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting treating patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine environment serving patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently licensed in WA, with the capability to acquire additional state licenses.

• Willingness to work shifts on weekdays and weekends, including alternating Saturdays and/or Sundays.

• Availability for shifts that span from 7am–6pm PST and 1pm–12am PST.

• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.

• A genuine passion for human-centered primary care.

• Capability to communicate effectively and provide care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology to deliver high-quality care.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care practices.
