Clinical Supervisor, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical supervision for at least six resident clinicians.

• Conduct weekly group supervision sessions.

• Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours worked.

• Offer a minimum of seven hours per week of supervision, depending on the size of the resident caseload.

• Maintain a clinical caseload with a minimum of 10 hours of availability each week.

• Ensure oversight of documentation.

• Mentor resident clinicians on both professional growth and clinical skills.

• Complete weekly records demonstrating supervision sessions.

• Prepare coaching documentation for any disciplinary or performance-related issues.

• Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director on matters concerning performance.

• Deliver evidence-based telehealth and in-person care to clients in Florida.

• Establish a full caseload within 90 days post-credentialing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be credentialed or willing to obtain credentials at the specified location with an LCSW license.

• Must have permanent residency in the state of Florida.

• Must be independently licensed and residing in Florida — LCSW.

• Must be consistently available to clients.

• Behavioral health generalist with a willingness to work with couples and children.

• Committed to assisting clients in achieving measurable progress.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) tools.

• A minimum of four years of clinical social work experience is required.

• Two years of clinical social work experience may be accrued during a post-master's clinical internship; the remaining two years must be post-licensure.

• Must have successfully completed post-licensure supervision training through an approved graduate course, continuing education course, post-graduate field instructor course, or AAMFT Approved Supervisor designation.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire.
