Virtual Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand essential customer accounts through efficient virtual interactions

• Foster relationships with General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Community Pharmacists, Smoking Cessation Advisors, and Public Health stakeholders

• Provide compliant education on products and disease areas related to tobacco dependency and smoking cessation

• Identify opportunities within accounts and formulate customized business strategies to enhance growth

• Collect market insights and relay customer feedback to internal teams

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize account performance

• Assist healthcare professionals and patients in their journey towards smoking cessation

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management

• Experience working independently in Primary Care or Community Healthcare settings

• Strong capabilities in virtual selling and engaging stakeholders

• Exceptional commercial insight, negotiation skills, and account planning abilities

• ABPI qualified

• Solid understanding of the NHS, local healthcare systems, and the commissioning landscape
