Virtual Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and expand key customer accounts through effective virtual engagement.

• Establish relationships with General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Community Pharmacists, Smoking Cessation Advisors, and Public Health stakeholders.

• Provide compliant education on products and disease areas related to tobacco dependency and smoking cessation.

• Identify opportunities within accounts and develop customized business plans to foster growth.

• Collect market insights and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize account performance.

• Assist healthcare professionals and patients in their smoking cessation journeys.

• Represent a leading portfolio in smoking cessation and nicotine replacement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management.

• Proven ability to work independently in Primary Care or Community Healthcare settings.

• Strong skills in virtual selling and stakeholder engagement.

• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and account planning capabilities.

• ABPI qualified.

• Solid understanding of the NHS, local healthcare systems, and the commissioning landscape.

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent is desirable.
