Virtual Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and expand key customer accounts through effective virtual interactions.

• Establish and nurture relationships with General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Community Pharmacists, Smoking Cessation Advisors, and Public Health stakeholders.

• Provide compliant education on products and disease areas related to tobacco dependency and smoking cessation.

• Identify opportunities within accounts and develop customized business plans to foster growth.

• Collect market insights and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to enhance account performance.

• Aid in the expansion of a leading smoking cessation and nicotine replacement portfolio across priority healthcare accounts.

• Promote awareness, recommendations, and adoption of evidence-based smoking cessation solutions.

• Assist healthcare professionals in supporting patients to successfully quit smoking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management.

• Experience working independently in Primary Care or Community Healthcare settings.

• Strong skills in virtual selling and engaging stakeholders.

• Excellent commercial insight, negotiation, and account planning skills.

• ABPI qualification required.

• Solid understanding of the NHS, local healthcare systems, and the commissioning landscape.
