Virtual Inbound Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Meet or surpass sales objectives through chat and phone communications with new, existing, or relocating clients.

• Employ consultative sales methods and lifestyle discovery inquiries to identify and fulfill customer requirements.

• Inform customers about current and future Company products and services, address objections, and finalize sales.

• Guide customers through the digital purchasing process and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

• Tailor interactions and narratives to enhance customer experience and foster loyalty.

• Provide prompt, on-demand engagement via chat and phone.

• Manage multiple chats simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail and precision.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to promote growth, development, and ongoing improvement.

• Maintain a regular, consistent, and punctual attendance record.

• Be available to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as required.

• Engage in Comcast’s Operating Principles and Net Promoter System.
