📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual engagements directed by clients with designated targets.

• Provide education on disease states and cultivate qualified leads.

• Effectively communicate the clinical advantages and value of the product to healthcare professionals and office personnel.

• Enhance product knowledge and awareness among stakeholders.

• Establish trust and fortify customer relationships through consistent and professional virtual interactions.

• Assess and track local market trends and customer feedback.

• Assist in lead-generation initiatives.

• Collaborate efficiently with field colleagues.

• Engage with healthcare professionals to deliver impactful educational content.

• Perform patient identification in a virtual healthcare setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales or lead generation is required.

• Proven success in a lead-generation environment.

• Experience in conducting virtual educational sessions with healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Previous virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve business results and meet or exceed lead-generation targets.

• Strong proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Self-driven with a robust performance orientation.

• Effective in prioritizing and planning while adhering to compliance standards.
