Virtual Healthcare Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions directed by clients with designated targets.

• Provide educational information related to disease states and generate qualified leads.

• Effectively communicate the clinical advantages and value of products to healthcare professionals and office personnel.

• Enhance awareness and knowledge of the product.

• Foster trust and strengthen relationships with customers through professional virtual interactions.

• Assess and keep track of local market dynamics and customer insights.

• Assist in lead-generation initiatives.

• Collaborate efficiently with field counterparts.

• Carry out patient identification in a virtual healthcare setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales or lead generation is essential.

• Proven track record of success in a lead-generation role.

• Experience in conducting virtual educational sessions with healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Prior experience in virtual/inside sales or lead generation is highly desired.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve business results and meet or surpass lead-generation metrics.

• Strong proficiency in CRM systems.

• Self-driven with a strong focus on performance.

• Effective in prioritization and planning tasks.
