Virtual Healthcare Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Perform outbound calls, emails, and virtual communications directed by clients with designated targets.

• Provide education on disease states and cultivate qualified leads.

• Effectively communicate clinical advantages and product value to healthcare professionals and office personnel.

• Enhance product knowledge and awareness.

• Establish trust and reinforce customer relationships through professional virtual interactions.

• Observe and assess local market conditions and customer insights.

• Assist in lead-generation initiatives.

• Collaborate efficiently with field counterparts.

• Contribute to Syneos Health’s objective of developing better, smarter, and faster methods for delivering biopharmaceutical therapies to patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales or lead generation is required.

• Proven success in a lead-generation setting.

• Experience in conducting virtual educational sessions with healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Virtual or inside sales experience, particularly in lead generation, is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve business outcomes and meet or surpass lead-generation targets.

• Strong proficiency in CRM systems.

• Self-driven with a robust performance orientation.

• Effective in prioritizing and planning tasks.

• Compliance with guidelines is essential.

• Capability to engage with healthcare professionals, including physicians, healthcare providers, and key clinic staff.
