Virtual Dental Key Account Manager

• Perform virtual consultations and sales discussions with clients and healthcare professionals.

• Assess customer needs and suggest suitable oral care products and solutions.

• Inform customers about oral health best practices and the advantages of various products.

• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement.

• Precisely log customer interactions and activities in CRM systems.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Meet established performance and engagement targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer health, dental, or medical sales.

• Alternatively, experience in dental hygiene, dentistry, oral health, or dental nursing.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.

• Commercially savvy with a focus on customer-centricity.

• Comfortable with virtual meetings and proficient in CRM systems.

• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

• Confident in engaging with diverse stakeholders and adjusting communication styles as needed.
