Virtual Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver inbound or outbound non-promotional educational support regarding disease states to designated customers as instructed by the client company.

• Provide outbound medication adherence assistance to patients and/or caregivers, which may include evening and weekend hours.

• Gather demographic information and dispositions for reimbursement services and literature distribution.

• Uphold high standards of quality and customer service while adhering to program talking points or call guides.

• Utilize live video conferencing tools and client-specific websites as necessary.

• Only utilize approved materials supplied by Inizio or the client.

• Successfully complete mandatory training courses and competency evaluations.

• Build and enhance relationships with key customers.

• Aid in the development and provision of services across various healthcare sectors.

• Identify creative strategies that can lead to new partnership opportunities.

• Fulfill administrative duties, including updating computer records, preparing activity reports, managing emails, and tracking time.

• Participate in local and national meetings and/or conferences as required.

• Ensure proper maintenance of company equipment and materials.

• Adhere to Inizio and client policies and procedures.

• Execute any additional duties as requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active US healthcare professional license: RN.

• Associate's Degree/Bachelor's/BSN.

• At least 3 years of preferred experience in Neurology or sleep disorder fields.

• Strong and professional communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities with a pleasant phone manner and articulate voice.

• Proficient in Call Center Telephone Technology.

• Proven organizational capabilities.

• Self-motivated individual with a strong drive.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
