Virtual Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver inbound and outbound educational support regarding non-promotional products and disease states to designated customers.

• Provide outbound medication adherence assistance to patients and/or caregivers, which may include evenings and weekends.

• Gather demographic data and disposition for reimbursement services and the fulfillment of literature.

• Uphold high standards of quality and customer service while adhering to program scripts or call guidelines.

• Utilize only the approved materials supplied by Inizio or the client.

• Attend and successfully complete mandatory training sessions and competency evaluations.

• Build and enhance relationships with key customers.

• Facilitate services across various healthcare sectors as directed by the Client or Inizio.

• Explore innovative strategies that could lead to new partnership opportunities.

• Fulfill administrative tasks, including updating computer records, activity reports, emails, and time tracking.

• Participate in required local and national meetings and/or conferences.

• Maintain company equipment and materials in good condition.

• Adhere to Inizio and client policies and procedures.

• Perform additional duties as requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid US healthcare professional license: RN.

• Bachelor’s degree/BSN is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Gastroenterology or Hepatology is preferred.

• Knowledge of liver disease progression.

• Understanding of fibrosis staging and cirrhosis risk.

• Strong and professional communication skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a pleasant telephone demeanor and clear phone voice.

• Proficiency with Call Center Telephone Technology.

• Proven organizational skills.

• High levels of personal motivation and a self-starter attitude.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
