Associate – Service Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive management of cross-functional projects and implementations.

• Develop project plans and engage with stakeholders effectively.

• Foster cross-functional relationships to enhance collaboration.

• Identify and address edge cases to ensure timely project completion.

• Assess departmental performance through the creation, collection, and analysis of data.

• Aid in the formulation of departmental metrics and execution of mitigation strategies.

• Establish proactive strategies for implementation, communication, and programs.

• Facilitate change management and risk mitigation initiatives.

• Guide team members and encourage the growth of colleagues.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or over 3 years of relevant experience.

• More than 3 years of professional experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.

• At least 2 years of experience with data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end project management.

• At least 2 years of experience in designing and enhancing workflows and establishing related operating and technical procedures.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with process improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
