This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Administer medications through various methods, including oral, injection, and self-administration, in accordance with service line standards.
• Conduct physical and mental health assessments, encompassing psychiatric screenings, tailored to service requirements.
• Accurately document medication administration and assessments, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
• Review medications, oversee stock and refills, and prepare medication passes for clients as necessary.
• Support clients with inquiries related to medications and facilitate refill requests for providers following operational procedures.
• Room clients and gather preliminary medical data, including blood draws, vital signs, height, and weight measurements.
• Ensure the timely completion of essential documentation, such as client safety plans and nursing-led educational groups.
• Keep medical and medication records current and accurate; perform general lab and phlebotomy tasks as required.
• Supervise infectious disease control, client hygiene, and health concerns under the guidance of nursing leadership.
• Attend mandatory meetings and execute additional responsibilities as directed by nursing leadership.
• Deliver virtual nursing care in outpatient psychiatry, addiction, and housing services, supporting behavioral health and/or substance use disorder programs.
• Possession of a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Graduation from a recognized practical nursing program.
• Proficient in accurately documenting and managing data in both written and electronic formats.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey complex concepts clearly and respectfully.
• Skilled in maintaining confidentiality and securing sensitive information.
• Capable of reading and interpreting clinical documents and electronic health records.
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations necessary for medication administration and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
• Demonstrates collaboration, eagerness to learn, and an appreciation for diverse perspectives.
• Must be a resident of Missouri.
