Senior Clinical Trial Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Supervise and facilitate the implementation of sponsor-specific oncology clinical trials.

• Direct clinical coordination activities that necessitate technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Organize and manage clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and project timelines.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve trial challenges and enhance processes.

• Oversee site management and monitoring to guarantee data accuracy and adherence to protocols.

• Offer guidance and support to clinical personnel and investigators.

• Monitor and report on trial progress, identify potential risks, and execute mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific area or healthcare-related field.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

• Experience in oncology is mandatory.

• Solid knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements for clinical trials.

• Experience in supporting the management and monitoring of investigative sites.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
