This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Integrate the HUGO™ RAS-system within hospital settings.

• Engage with stakeholders of the robotic program to establish program goals and metrics.

• Facilitate regular meetings to review program progress.

• Create and implement training plans for surgeons, including coordination of off-site training and proctored cases.

• Develop training strategies for staff and assist them through their learning process.

• Participate in surgical cases during the learning sessions for both surgeons and staff.

• Apply change management techniques to involve clinical stakeholders and secure their support.

• Mentor hospital staff to encourage skill transfer and promote operational independence.

• Collaborate with field service engineers and hospital personnel to prepare operating rooms.

• Monitor milestones and illustrate the value provided at pilot sites.

• Travel extensively across the country, exceeding 75% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales, or related experience OR an Advanced Degree with no prior related experience.

• Must be willing to relocate to a major implementation site.

• Willingness to travel throughout the country (over 75%).

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Knowledge and experience with operating rooms and surgical procedures.

• Proven project management skills are essential.

• Experience in change management is a must.

• Familiarity with hospital workflows and complex healthcare environments is necessary.

• Strong analytical and research capabilities are required.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment.
