This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Perform individual assessments for clients

• Create and oversee personalized treatment plans

• Deliver therapeutic services to patients aged 12 and older

• Link patients with community resources

• Accurately document patient services in real-time using electronic health records

• Utilize standardized assessment tools and demonstrate strong diagnostic abilities

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve access to behavioral health services

• Provide virtual behavioral health care through Iris Telehealth’s Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic

⛳️ Requirements

• Current independent LCSW or LPC license in Wisconsin is mandatory

• At least 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience after obtaining an independent LCSW or LPC license

• Demonstrated experience in therapy, including a minimum of 2 years of diagnostic work

• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm CST

• Experience and willingness to work with patients aged 12 and older

• Must reside within the U.S. or a U.S. territory

• Successful completion of the ASWB, NCE, and/or NCMHCE examination for clinical licensure is required
