Psychotherapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical services from the comfort of your home.

• Establish a patient caseload with assistance from the BlueSky team.

• Collaborate within integrated clinical teams consisting of therapists and psychiatric prescribers.

• Engage in monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases and clinical matters.

• Select preferred clinical days and hours based on your availability.

• Take part in virtual clinical team meetings.

• Work alongside psychiatric providers and therapists to guarantee coordinated, patient-focused care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one of the following states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.

• Eligible licenses may include LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent independent clinical licenses acknowledged in the served states.

• Must not own or operate a private practice.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Competent computer skills and comfort with basic technology, EHRs, and telehealth platforms.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered behavioral health care.
