Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist, LCSW or LCMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual therapy services via Iris Telehealth’s Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic.

• Provide care to both adolescents and adults within a diverse patient demographic.

• Perform assessments of patients.

• Create and oversee personalized treatment plans.

• Offer continuous therapy sessions.

• Link patients to community resources.

• Accurately document patient services in real time using electronic health records.

• Utilize standardized assessment tools and apply diagnostic skills effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Assist in enhancing access to behavioral health services in underserved communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active LICSW or LCMHC license in New Hampshire is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience post-independent licensure.

• At least 2 years of experience in diagnostics.

• Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

• Comfortable treating patients aged 13 and older; a willingness to work with various age groups is preferred.

• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

• Must have successfully completed the ASWB, NCMHCE, and/or relevant clinical licensure examination.

• Experience in providing therapy and conducting diagnoses is essential.

• Strong diagnostic abilities and experience with standardized assessment tools are required.

• Capability to accurately document services in real time using electronic health records.
