Pharma Associate, Therapy Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Meet or surpass sales goals within the designated territory through strategic territory planning and execution.

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and distribution partners.

• Assess customer needs and suggest suitable Cranial and Spinal Technologies solutions.

• Provide product and therapy education to clinicians and pertinent customer stakeholders.

• Explore new business opportunities and enhance utilization within current accounts.

• Keep track of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor actions to spot growth opportunities.

• Work in collaboration with Marketing, Research & Development, and Operations teams by supplying customer and market insights.

• Implement territory development strategies and adjust plans according to evolving market conditions.

• Facilitate customer engagements, clinical activities, and business goals throughout Galicia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.

• Over 2 years of experience in medical device sales.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets within the healthcare or medical device sector.

• Familiarity with hospital purchasing processes and healthcare decision-making frameworks.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish communication.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Openness to travel up to 30% within the territory.

• Experience in selling spinal, cranial, neurosurgery, orthopedic, or surgical medical technologies.

• Background in supporting clinicians in operating room or procedural settings.

• Understanding of the Spanish healthcare market and reimbursement landscape.

• Experience in managing distributor relationships.

• Proficient in CRM systems and territory business planning.
