Virtual Behavioral Health Adult Therapist, LCSW or LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual behavioral health therapy to adult patients aged 18 and older.

• Perform individual assessments of patients.

• Create and oversee treatment plans.

• Link patients with vital community resources.

• Accurately document patient services in real time using electronic health records.

• Utilize standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic capabilities.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to improve access to behavioral health care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active independent LCSW or LPC license in California is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience after obtaining an independent LCSW or LPC license.

• Demonstrated experience in therapy.

• Experience in facilitating group therapy is highly preferred.

• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm PST.

• Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 18 and older.

• Must be a resident of the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

• Must have successfully passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to obtain clinical licensure.
