Virtual Assistant – Account Setup, Account Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Establish and configure accounts in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Accurately complete profile and security information and verify all configurations.

• Carry out standard onboarding processes.

• Incrementally enhance account activity and profile completeness based on a predetermined schedule while adhering to platform regulations.

• Conduct daily monitoring of assigned accounts for any status changes, verification requests, or restrictions.

• Report account-related issues to a Team Leader for further assistance.

• Maintain a record of account status using Sheets/Excel or an internal tracking system.

• Provide daily updates that include new setups, active accounts, accounts under review, and any ongoing issues.

• Adhere strictly to SOPs and platform policies.

• Keep account credentials and recovery information secure and confidential.

• Immediately report any suspicious activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Social Media, Marketing, or a related area.

• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and consistency in adhering to SOPs and checklists.

• Basic digital literacy, including proficiency with multiple platforms and Google Sheets/Excel.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities to manage numerous accounts daily.

• Discretion and reliability regarding confidential and security information.

• Ability to identify irregularities and escalate issues appropriately instead of acting independently.

• Positive attitude with a proactive, hunter mentality.
