VIP Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Manage client acquisition and maintain relationships for a portfolio of prestigious global VIP clients.

• Foster connections and strengthen existing client relationships through consistent and meaningful communication.

• Develop essential customer service processes and systems, establish management protocols, and monitor key client metrics.

• Evaluate client behaviors, uncover unexpressed needs, and generate comprehensive customer analysis reports.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to deliver exceptional service solutions and enhance customer experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience managing a client portfolio that includes institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks, etc.

• Familiarity with trading platforms or exchanges is highly beneficial.

• Previous experience in sales and client services, particularly within an international financial context such as banking or investments, is preferred.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while effectively juggling multiple tasks.

• Passion for the rapidly changing crypto industry, with a commitment to staying informed about the latest trends and innovations.

• Proficiency in both French and English.
