VIP Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of VIP players, establishing robust, long-lasting relationships while serving as their main point of contact.

• Provide tailored communication, rewards, and experiences in alignment with the unique needs and behaviors of each player.

• Promote retention and reactivation strategies by tracking player activity and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and lifetime value.

• Address VIP requests, concerns, and escalations with promptness, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams, providing VIP player feedback and insights to ensure a smooth player experience.

• Ensure that VIP interactions adhere to responsible gaming principles and meet relevant regulatory standards.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the VIP experience, processes, and the overall player journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in VIP Management or a related player-facing role in real-money gaming, skill-based gaming, iGaming, online casino, sports betting, sweepstakes, or fantasy sports.

• In-depth knowledge of VIP player behavior, retention, and engagement, with a proven track record of managing high-value player relationships and delivering personalized service.

• Proficient in working with player data and utilizing insights to inform communication, rewards, and retention strategies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage sensitive or high-priority player issues with composure and professionalism.

• Possess a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with strong abilities in communication and relationship-building.

• Must be available to work primarily within US time zones and occasionally on weekends as necessary.
