This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the commercial performance in Oceania, encompassing new business initiatives, market expansion, and customer retention.
• Develop the regional strategy, operational plan, and segment focus specifically for the AU/NZ joinery market.
• Manage the regional budget, forecasts, and contribution margins.
• Establish and maintain the regional operational rhythm, which includes pipeline reviews, account planning, escalations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Enhance pipeline health, improve forecast accuracy, and strategize deals in collaboration with Sales Leadership.
• Optimize time-to-value, customer adoption, renewals, and support quality for clients in AU/NZ.
• Address the time-zone challenges faced by the regional customer base and US-based support services.
• Define hiring criteria and engage in the processes of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and discussing performance.
• Foster trust and collaboration with global functional leaders while addressing alignment challenges.
• Represent INNERGY in the region through education initiatives, industry associations, events, partnerships, and targeted local messaging.
• Act as the voice for Oceania to product teams and leadership regarding regional requirements.
• Proficient understanding of joinery, manufacturing, construction technology, or building products.
• Proven experience managing a complex B2B software business characterized by long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and implementation-intensive products.
• Previous accountability for a regional business or P&L, rather than merely achieving a sales quota.
• Evidence of successful outcomes delivered through a matrix structure, including a specific instance.
• Familiarity with both sales and post-sales processes.
• Strong commercial acumen to identify and reject unsuitable business opportunities, with the ability to articulate the reasoning.
• Reside in AEST/AEDT or NZST time zones.
• Possess legal authorization to work in Australia or New Zealand.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% within the region, plus 1–2 trips to the US each year.
• Established network within the AU/NZ joinery, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience representing a region for a company headquartered overseas.
