This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Connect with high-potential customers across multiple communication channels while fostering strong, authentic relationships.

• Assess a customer's suitability for inclusion in the DraftKings VIP Program effectively.

• Aid in the creation and refinement of strategies for customer engagement and qualification.

• Gather feedback to enhance the onboarding process, ensuring a continued positive experience for customers.

• Play a role in business acquisition initiatives for the launch of new state products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing position.

• A data-driven and solutions-oriented approach to deliver results for our customers.

• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial setting.

• Availability to travel and work during nights and weekends as needed.

• Ability to secure and maintain necessary State Gaming Licenses as well as required financial licenses.
