VIP Host, Bilingual – Spanish

📋 Description

• Generate new business revenue by cultivating strong, authentic, and trustworthy relationships with players.

• Oversee all facets of player relationships through local events, consistent communication, and effective response to escalations.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market while proactively introducing new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.

• Gather player feedback to assist in platform enhancements and recognize opportunities.

• Implement VIP policies and guidelines, including those related to responsible gaming.

• Execute the daily strategy of DraftKings' VIP engagement program.

• Contribute to delivering a world-class customer experience and influence how DraftKings interacts with a rapidly expanding global audience.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing position.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.

• An analytical mindset to swiftly and confidently make decisions based on data and trends.

• Openness to travel and work during nights and weekends.

• Must be able to secure and maintain necessary State Gaming Licenses.
