Healthcare Communicator, Bilingual English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative for clients through both inbound and outbound telecommunications via phone and email.

• Uphold superior quality standards while following program scripts and guidelines.

• Precisely gather information and input it into program databases.

• Document and categorize Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints in accordance with company, client, and federal regulations.

• Complete literature fulfillment requests for customers.

• Engage with callers empathetically and help them comprehend medical terminology.

• Effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Comply with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Undertake administrative and non-telecommunication tasks as required.

• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

• Competence in using a computer keyboard and mouse.

• A friendly telephone demeanor.

• Capability to participate in frequent meetings and calls without interruptions or disconnections.

• Skill in thoroughly reviewing intake documents and accurately entering information into the database with minimal errors.

• Familiarity with Word and Excel applications.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously while demonstrating effective time management skills.

• Must ensure patient privacy and confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations.
