VIP Excellence Manager

📋 Description

• Perform daily analysis of gaming activities for top VIP clients across various regions.

• Monitor leading players and promptly update regional teams regarding their status and activities.

• Manage effective activation and reactivation strategies for top VIP players across different regions.

• Discover growth potential in gaming activities, retention, and the development of the top VIP clientele.

• Create strategies and mechanisms to enhance VIP gaming, boost the number of top players, and integrate them into regional teams.

• Generate regular analytics and reports on the gameplay of top VIP clients.

• Detect anomalies, deviations, and potential risks in the gaming activities of VIP clients.

• Incorporate and utilize AI tools to enhance analysis, automate monitoring, and explore new strategies for VIP base development.

• Assess the quality and effectiveness of VIP products, identifying issues and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Operations, and Regional Teams to enhance VIP product development and customer experience.

• Manage ad-hoc VIP responsibilities, including urgent OSINT tasks, calls, migrations, data summaries, temporary coverage for regional VIPs, and other assignments.

• Quickly respond to issues in problem regions, including temporarily fulfilling VIP functions as necessary.

• Research and implement new tools, strategies, and practices to enhance the effectiveness of the VIP department.

• Extensive product knowledge.

• Insight into player behavior patterns.

• Capability to establish requirements (briefs) for analysis and critically assess metric results.

• Basic proficiency in using dashboards and interpreting metrics and their interrelations.

• Practical and targeted application of AI tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of player fraud patterns.

• Direct experience in VIP communication.
