VIP Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure VIP clients from various external sources

• Track and analyze data on acquired VIP clients

• Take ownership of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) for secured VIP clients

• Establish and enhance a network of agents and scouts for VIP client acquisition

• Evaluate the performance of agents and scouts, including NGR of the acquired client base

• Create, implement, and expand a referral program aimed at acquiring VIP clients

• Assess the effectiveness of the referral program and analyze NGR metrics for referred clients

• Explore and evaluate new channels and methods for external VIP acquisition

• Scale successful acquisition strategies and methods

• Sourcing and assessing VIP profiles from external sources

• Conducting OSINT within legal parameters and verifying data

• Negotiating and managing relationships with agents and scouts

• Understanding commission structures and calculating acquisition costs

• Evaluating the quality of the acquired client base and recognizing non-organic traffic

• Performing NGR analysis and cohort tracking for your own clients

• Utilizing dashboards and data exports to interpret metric relationships

• Launching and overseeing referral mechanics

• Testing new channels with precise measurement of results
