VIP Account Manager – Hungarian Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Actively engage with VIP clients through phone, email, and chat to sustain ongoing interaction and identify upsell opportunities.

• Develop and maintain long-lasting, customized relationships with an assigned group of VIP players.

• Examine player behavior and activity trends to pinpoint retention risks, reactivation possibilities, and ideal moments for personalized offers.

• Manage assigned shifts on live chat and address incoming VIP inquiries swiftly and professionally.

• Convey personalized bonuses, promotions, and exclusive offers that align with the VIP program strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Hungarian — exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial for client-facing responsibilities.

• Proficient in Ukrainian or Russian is necessary for internal communication and reporting.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

• Prior experience in iGaming, online casino, or VIP/premium customer management will be highly advantageous.
