This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of affiliate revenue, CPA discipline, payback period, and LTV objectives.
• Manage the channel using contribution margin and LTV:CAC, while analyzing cohort retention and reallocating budget.
• Lead the affiliate and partnerships initiative across all three markets.
• Oversee creator sourcing, platforms, gifting and PR, as well as partnerships.
• Facilitate entry into the US market with a strategic emphasis on TikTok and TikTok Shop.
• Develop and manage the creator lifecycle from customer to top-tier creator.
• Take ownership of onboarding throughput and grow the mid-tail creator roster.
• Establish whitelisting and creator-asset pipelines for paid social campaigns.
• Evaluate blended CAC impact in conjunction with affiliate revenue.
• Utilize creators for product seeding and cross-selling, including the Pantry line.
• Oversee sampling, farmers markets, festivals, community events, pop-ups, retail activations, creator trips, and creator-house programming.
• Design and assess scalable creator compensation models while managing rate-card negotiations.
• Own the affiliate stack and conduct holdouts and geo tests to evaluate incrementality.
• Collaborate with the affiliate team while managing an individual workload.
• Provide data-driven weekly and bi-weekly leadership reports, including insights and recommendations.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with top-performing creators while actively managing concentration risk.
• 5-10 years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing, with direct responsibility for a revenue target.
• Preference for DTC or e-commerce CPG experience.
• Proven track record in building or revitalizing a program.
• Proficient in CAC, blended CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, contribution margin, and cohort retention.
• Strong preference for experience with US launches and knowledge of TikTok Shop strategy.
• Background in managing offline activations and creator trips.
• Experience leveraging creators to launch or expand a secondary SKU.
• History of managing or closely mentoring marketing professionals.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and the ability to present data-driven insights to leadership.
• Familiarity with Upfluence, AWIN, Impact, Roster, Triple Whale, or similar tools.
• Comfortable integrating AI and automation into personal workflows.
• Reliability in operations: taking ownership of commitments from start to finish, identifying risks early, and discontinuing ineffective efforts.
