This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and expand key grocery and distribution accounts, achieving revenue, profit, and distribution objectives.
• Create, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans that are in line with FIJI Water’s branding and sales strategy.
• Discover and chase new business prospects among grocery retailers and distribution partners.
• Negotiate commercial contracts, annual trade agreements, and promotional strategies.
• Assess account performance utilizing Northstar, EPOS, and other pertinent data sources.
• Collaborate with global marketing to implement in-store activations, point-of-sale campaigns, and enhance digital visibility.
• Offer forecasts and demand planning insights to ensure stock availability and effective promotional execution.
• Cultivate relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers.
• Assist the Regional Sales Manager with grocery and distributor strategies, customer presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor competitor actions and category trends, transforming insights into actionable recommendations.
• Work alongside finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to fulfill customer needs.
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG commercial or account management, preferably in beverages, premium FMCG, or health and wellness.
• In-depth understanding of the UK grocery retail landscape.
• Experience managing accounts with Waitrose, Whole Foods, or Holland & Barrett is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in developing Joint Business Plans, negotiating commercial agreements, and managing annual trade contracts.
• A commercial mindset capable of identifying growth opportunities and managing sales, margins, and promotional investments.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert sales and category data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Nielsen or IRI.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
