Videographer – Seasonal Tour Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Set up video recording equipment.

• Capture videos of each dance using the designated stationary HDR Pro Camcorder.

• Operate an ATEM Television Studio Switcher with multiple input sources.

• Establish and manage the livestream for every event.

• Dismantle video equipment following the event.

• Ensure that recordings and livestreams are conducted on schedule in a high-pressure environment.

• Participate in mandatory training sessions.

• Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the event director or their representative.

• Travel with the Seasonal Tour Team from January to June.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Availability to work on weekends.

• Willingness to travel from January to June.

• Capability to work extended event days (ranging from 8 to 16 hours).

• Endurance to stand for prolonged periods.

• Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. (including event equipment, merchandise bins, and staging materials).

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable functioning in loud, dynamic, and fast-paced settings.

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing event demands.

• High School Diploma or GED (mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of shot composition, color balancing, audio recording, and capturing visually appealing videos.

• Proficient in operating an ATEM Television Studio Switcher.

• Previous experience in the event dance industry is preferred but not essential.
