Video Education Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of product education for Riverside from start to finish.

• Produce educational videos for the YouTube channel.

• Conduct product demonstrations.

• Transform Riverside University into a thorough learning resource.

• Independently script, film, and edit each video from raw footage to the final version.

• Act as the main on-camera representative for Riverside.

• Expand YouTube tutorial offerings.

• Educate users on new product features immediately upon release.

• Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams.

• Maintain high standards of content quality and visual appeal.

• Integrate user feedback directly into the product development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in front of the camera; proficient and comfortable presenting on video.

• Include links to on-camera work in your application, such as a demo reel, YouTube channel, tutorials, or presentations.

• Capability to transform raw footage into a polished, finished video independently.

• Skill in simplifying complex ideas for both novice and experienced users.

• Deep understanding of the creator and content landscape, including content creation and publishing techniques.

• Native English speaker required.

• Proven experience in developing content strategies that drive growth.

• Familiarity with cameras, microphones, lighting, and recording equipment; ability to confidently recommend setups.
