Video Editor – Motion Graphics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop branded motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, and various visual assets for digital and social media content.

• Transform long-form video content into captivating short-form pieces for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

• Adapt existing footage into diverse edits and formats tailored for specific platforms.

• Ensure consistent branding, visual aesthetics, and production quality across all video and motion graphics outputs.

• Collaborate with the Design, Video, and Marketing teams on creative direction, revisions, and feedback.

• Oversee a consistent flow of projects and prioritize tasks based on deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.

• Strong skills in motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or comparable professional software.

• Demonstrated experience in editing videos for social media, including reels, shorts, and cut-down content.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or an equivalent editing software.

• Solid understanding of platform-specific requirements, such as aspect ratios, captions, hooks, and pacing.

• Keen eye for typography, composition, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

• Proven capability to work collaboratively within a creative team and respond constructively to feedback.

• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable adapting to collaborative production processes and learning new platforms as needed.

• Reliable internet connection and access to personal editing equipment and professional software.

• Graphic design experience is preferred.

• Experience in adhering to brand guidelines for the production of marketing or campaign content.

• Skills in sound design, audio mixing, and color grading.

• Familiarity with Canva, Riverside, or similar collaborative content production platforms.

• Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.
